First interview slightly uncomfortable, but fun. Second interview, amateurish and genuinely rude. After being interviewed by the CEO, I thought he had an amazing personality and genuinely passionate about his product. He was very eccentric, but I felt I handled it well. He made me want the job. During the second interview it was like bullies were trying to steal my lunch from me. Completely rude and unwelcoming. I was surprised because they individually seemed like nice guys and as managers, I expected more. But when they all ganged together it was like being with a bunch of clueless class clowns. I would most certainly recommend they review their hiring processes and put a head of HR in place, so that people don't have to encounter their sales managers. I am unsure on how they felt about me because I told the recruiter that he couldn't pay me enough to work there.
