As I said, we are a family, we love going out together and the HR team or Managers are organising social events for us all the time. - We are receiving gifts frequently. - The policy "Zero harassment" is really efficient. Harassment, discrimination or similar behaviours are not allowed and the company has zero tolerance for this subject. Thanks to that, we are working in a very relaxed environment and we all feel protected. - There are good talents there, super smart and professional. - AMAZING product, the best HR system on the market! Inconvénients
- Do not expect to grow quickly. Apply for the job you are interested in and would like to stay for a few years as opportunities to move internally are limited. They are limited but there are 'rules' too, such as a defined timeline (you need to work as x for y years before moving into a z role), the promotion is not always based on your performance, your skills or motivation. - Work-life balance needs to be improved. Working 9 to 6 and you can expect extra hours in the Sales team due to workload.
