The interviewers understood this was my first time applying for a role after graduating, and they were very nice and welcoming. I was asked about my personal and professional life.

The initial conversation was via telephone briefly explaining about myself, and hearing further about the role and its' expectations. Following this, I received an at home assignment. Following that, I came in person to meet my direct manager (interview) and then the Talent Acquisition team (interview). Following that and moving forward I had another round of interviews with the VP and Director level of the org. This entire process was done with transparency, structure/organization, a very high professional level, and it took a month from end to end.
