The process began with a short initial screening call conducted by the recruiter from the HR department. This stage focused on understanding my background, experience and general fit for the role. The next step was an in person interview with the hiring manager, which provided an opportunity to discuss my professional experience in more depth and to learn more about the department's work and expectations. Following the interview, I received a practical home assignment and after submitting the assignment I was invited back to the company's office to review it together with the hiring manager and to conduct an additional interview with the VP Legal, which focused on my approach to legal problem-solving and teamwork. I then had a one-on-one conversation with a colleague from the legal team to get a sense of the team dynamics and work culture. The final stage was a follow-up conversation with HR after I received a formal offer. The process was quick and efficient, and the company maintained continuous communication throughout, even though it took place during the holidays.
