4 stage interview with 1st one more around cultural fit, then interview with Manager level, then would be interview with a regional Director. Did do elevator pitch test style question.

Goals and ambitions and where I'd like to be in 5 years. Spoke around my training and school years and how had I risen above a challenge. Asked how I complete a task on time and what happens when there are challenges, ie asking around whether I reach out to others for support.
