Hays recruiter reached out on Linked in about Business Analyst. She gave me job description and information on some benefits. I sent her my resume and we had a brief interview. She told me she'd follow up, but simply ghosted me. Unprofessional and wasted my time.

Straightforward. They aske about weaknesses which I don't think is a great interview question, but they gave a hint at what would be asked beforehand so had the chance to prepare answers.

Very rushed. Was cut off multiple times when I was speaking or rudely pressured to give personal information which I didnt answer but felt awkward. Asked questions that wernt typical.
