Very full on sales - did back to back role play with director. Very pushy approach. Not my style as I am nore consulative rather than forcefull.
There was no real questions about my approach, clients I manage etc. All about KPIS and not getting off a call without pulling a job, no mater what.

Back to back role playing - whole point was to get a job in. Director was playing the client and give all no's. I was more pushy than I typically would be as I was in an interview, but did not like that style at all.
All very much role plays - then talking about hours and how you can make lots of money at a big companay.
Very very easy interview! Had one with a recruiter and a sales manager. Easy situational questions. Asked why I’m interested in recruiting, career goals, where I see myself in 5 years, etc.
Thorough explanation thru the call, quite fast reactions. A lot of corporates language and processes too. The company has clear vision or expectation of the candidate and responsibilities so they are less flexible in that.

Turns out they were just "practicing interviews". The nerve of asking for references after so many stages and knowing they had already made their mind, Sorry but I got a bad sense of the company; they're working resources, not humans.
