Engaged and well conducted. Clear description of what the job expectations are and very transparent on the earning potential. Overall a very good experience and interviewers were very open to clarify any questions or concerns that was asked.

Straightforward process. Just the basic questions about motivation, experience. What challenges I faced in previous roles and how I handled those. If you prep with the star method it is quite a smooth process. People where nice and relaxed.

Very informative and friendly - tour of the office and met a few of the team members. Gave lots of detail on the role and how I could shape it as well as asking questions about my experience.

Entretien
The interview process includes Assessment Center, debate activities with other candidates on specific topic. After that, there are structured / unstructured interviews with multiple stakeholders. At least, there was interview with the country manager.
