The interview process was fairly standard. There were three rounds. Firstly I had a telephone interview, with the next stage a face to face interview in which I was set a writing task to assess my capabilities. I felt the task was suitable for the role I was applying for and was excited to get started even though it was challenging. Following submission of the writing task, I was invited for a second face-to-face interview but this time with the whole team. This gave me a chance to meet the people I would be working with, were I to be successful and to get to grips with the role in more detail.
