total three rounds, all the questions were kind of standard ones. mostly related to PMP sets. so better be prepared on the PMP lines. as such PMP certification is not mandatory but its better to have.

I was asked relatively straightforward, STAR questions and situation based questions, I was also asked some behavioral based questions, they wanted to understand how one deals with certain situations. The interview process was comfortable ans direct for the most part.

Perguntsa bem tecnicas e comportamentais, entrevistador exibiu clareza sobre as caracteristicas da vaga, explicando beneficios e faixas salarias com bastante clareza. Entrevista nao durou mais de 30 minutos, tudo ficou bem claro, sem maiores necessidades de perguntas ou outras questoes
Mismanaged and uncertain. There was no set format. Quite bad experience. Calls were scheduled last minute and recruiter would suddenly stop taking calls only to call back a week later
