Mismanaged and uncertain. There was no set format. Quite bad experience. Calls were scheduled last minute and recruiter would suddenly stop taking calls only to call back a week later
I was asked relatively straightforward, STAR questions and situation based questions, I was also asked some behavioral based questions, they wanted to understand how one deals with certain situations. The interview process was comfortable ans direct for the most part.
