Called Project managers
All they wanted was people manager who have managed 200 people on hard ware assembly line.
If you are software / IT project manger don't waste your time attending interview.
Hope less screening and mass recruitment process without details about job.
Interviewer was not interested in software project manager
I was asked relatively straightforward, STAR questions and situation based questions, I was also asked some behavioral based questions, they wanted to understand how one deals with certain situations. The interview process was comfortable ans direct for the most part.

Perguntsa bem tecnicas e comportamentais, entrevistador exibiu clareza sobre as caracteristicas da vaga, explicando beneficios e faixas salarias com bastante clareza. Entrevista nao durou mais de 30 minutos, tudo ficou bem claro, sem maiores necessidades de perguntas ou outras questoes
Mismanaged and uncertain. There was no set format. Quite bad experience. Calls were scheduled last minute and recruiter would suddenly stop taking calls only to call back a week later
