The interview process was typical for a grocery store, I applied online to the location I wanted to work at and then I was contacted for an interview. The person who contacted me for an interview was nice and able to answer my questions.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
