Entretien
It was a group interview. Other than the normal, "tell us about yourself", they want you to explain how to sell an item and draw a photo of something that makes you happy. They're just looking for you to talk and be friendly. Don't talk over them, or other people and don't be aggressive. HEB is known for friendliness, so be the poster child of friendliness!

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
