They use something called HireVue. You send in video based responses to pre -recorded questions. You do get some lead time, like a bit of a delay to think and plan out what you want to record.

It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
