Robotic, terrible, arduous, uninformative, hiring managers don’t have ultimate decision making authority in most bets the interviewers recommendations go to a committee who just rubber stamps it. The culture is terrible.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

But I got rejection after hr round so I don't know what's the rest rounds going on

3 rounds of interview, excluding HR screening. Each interview have about 4 - 6 qns, testing past examples from your work experience, as well as how you may solve future hypothetical problems. You have to be prepared for role-related questions.
