I had a phone call with a recruiter, then a first interview, then 2 more interviews scheduled back to back. They mainly ask situational questions. I answered them all using the reccomended methods. Went well, but didn't land the role.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
