This 30-minute conversation covered an introduction to the company and the role, a brief discussion about my background and experience, and my reasons for wanting to join TechInnovate. Following this, I was given a coding challenge that required building a small application using the technologies mentioned in the job posting. The final stage was an on-site interview that included multiple rounds: a deep dive into my technical skills, a system design interview, and a cultural fit assessment. The entire experience was rigorous but well-structured, providing a comprehensive evaluation of my technical and interpersonal skills.
