Entretien
Four half hour interviews back to back. Each interviewer has a different perspective in the company and therefore it’s a different interview. 2 of the interviewers would be your peers, 1 a direct manager, 1 higher level manager. The topics of the interview are conceptual questions, area knowledge, and general resume questions.

Entretien
Phone call with recruiter, followed by a 30 minute call with a Googler (not necessarily from the same team).
Onsite interviews with manager, team members ( 4-5 people), each focusing on a unique attribute like problem solving, critical thinking, leadership.
