J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Mountain View, CA) en févr. 2015
Entretien
1. Two calls with recruiter - one as a prequal, one as a "yes, we'd like to bring you in"
2. Onsite interviews with 8 people and one over lunch. Overall a good group of people.
Oddly the interviews are not conversational though. The interviewer is madly typing the entire time writing down what you say in answer to their questions. They have good questions and it seems a lot of thought is put into making sure the same questions aren't asked in each interview.
Big emphasis on how you communicate with "engineering types".

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
