Job post had a very limited info, I heard back from recruiter super fast and she told me what expertise they want. that came as a surprise, because if it is something that I can hear right after applying, it can be in job post too and it can avoid wasting time of candidate and recruiter.

Submitted an application online. The recruiter contacted me based on my application. phone screen 30 minutes and arranged a phone interview with the hiring manager. after 3 phone interviews with his team and arranged a panel interview with 5 people for 30 minutes each.

interview process is very slow. It took about three weeks to get to the 1st interview. The interview is all about technical questions from basic level to advanced level. Few questions are about previous experience or behavioral.
After the interview, there is no feedback at all, and the HR does not respond to my email or message.
