J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google
Entretien
Contacted by recruiter regarding a hardware engineering position. When I got to the interview I was informed that it was actually a different job than the job description. That point didn't matter anyways since the interviewer didn't ask completely relevant questions for that position but it was still frustrating since I am more than qualified for the "real" job. Their loss!
I really feel the interviewer didn't understand my background which ultimately hurt me. Make sure the interviewer understands your background early in the interview which can help set their expectations.
Even though i didn't get past the phone screen I do like their very clear cut process. It is laid out well for you by the recruiter.

I was invited to have an interview with two engineers for the Google Watch team, had 2 rounds in one day, 30 min apart. Each took 60 min to complete. Didn't tell me the result for 2 months and no feedbacks were provided.

Entretien
2 technical rounds after an OA. Tested digital design fundamentals and focused also on my past projects. They really emphasize on basics. They ask for a preferred programming language beforehand (I chose Verilog) and then they would ask you to code up some circuit in verilog in a google doc.
