Multiple steps including a remote set of conversations and then in person. There was a mix of technical and some more outside the box than originally expected and slightly less formal from a sit down process as well as the general dialogue.

Very self-driven, first of multiple rounds, where I had to take the initiative to arrive at the problem, constraints, approach, solutions, tradeoffs and reasoning behind it in a matter of 30 minutes.
