J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Tampines New Town) en mai 2020
Entretien
I was approached by a recruiter for this position.
An hour interview with two different individuals, one with the hiring manager and second with her right-hand man.
The overall interview was relatively easy with the hiring manager, where she is looking more into your attitude and how well are you able to fit into her team's culture.
However, for the second interview with her right-hand man, he drills down on the technical aspects of your knowledge and skillsets. It doesn't have to be relative to the job, rather what you have done in your spare time or at your current job.
The key takeaway from this is not to fumble in the interview. Be prepared to be capable of breakdown your past experience (be it relative or not) and deliver your explanation well to the interviewers. It is alright not to have relative experience but, good to have a great attitude and desire to learn.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
If a publisher come about revenue dropping compared to previous months but the volume of impressions is still the same, what will you do? What will you look at?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.

Entretien
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
