Interviewer was based in a different country from where the office is (I'm in the same city) but setup a call.
She was late for the call and came across as irritated from the get go.
Asked for a summary of my PM experience (been in this field for 10+ years working with some well known brands) so started to tell my story. She interrupted a few times to say that she couldn't hear me properly then started to say that my answers needed to be shorter as she were having trouble understanding.
I then offered to change lines to see if the signal could be better but they said they wouldn't proceed because they expected me to distil information into simple terms for them (so simple it can get through a bad line?).
I was left baffled at the whole experience and how this person could possibly be considered good at their job at spotting talent.

You would have to do a hiring assessment first, then a recruiter screening follows. First round interview with the hiring manager. Majorly product sense and product improvement. The questions were not direct though.
Overall a lot of steps to the interview process. Talked to different people and had opportunities to ask questions. Many different stages which made it a lengthy process overall. Wasn't too bad.

Onsite or virtual panels assess problem-solving, communication, and leadership. Feedback goes to a hiring committee, followed by team matching and final offer discussions.
