J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Tel Aviv-Yafo) en janv. 2018
Entretien
The first interview was over the phone. Most of it was general questions about CV & availability (it was a student position).
Once I passed the first interview I had two interviews on site with two different team members. I went through to the final step which was an interview with the team leader.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1. Describe A challenge you've experienced in your professional life and describe how you dealt with it.
2. Two case studies - one was about a restaurant and the other was about a flower store.
3. Few quantitative questions, such as calculating conversion rate, cpc etc.
4. Who are Google main competitors?
5. Why do you want this specific job?
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
