A moronic process that involves answering a standard problem in programming. Except you don't get to answer the problem on an actual computer as a real programmer does and you also must do this while someone talks to you the whole time, again not something you would actually do as a programmer. If you have recently seen the problem they will think you are talented and you will move on to the next stage.
