Received an email from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in a particular role. After agreeing to chat with him, got a phone screen from the recruiter in which he asked basic technical questions covering OOP, Linux, SQL, HTTP protocols. The next step was a hangouts interview with a member of the technical services team. The interviewer was 10 minutes late, and the coordinator blamed it on "accidentally" sending the wrong video call link to the interviewer. The interviewer was visibly irritated from the get go, seemed rush, and has absolutely no interest in myself or my work experience. Did not look at my resume, ask about my background, or even introduce himself. His questions ranged from vague how would you reduce costs if you owned a google product, to what metrics I would use. He then quickly rushed into a coding question. He was obviously not well versed in java as he used incorrect terminology as he was describing the problem he wanted solved. The problem was simply representing numbers as strings. All in all, I do not plan on participating in further interview stages with this company. Their lack of organization was appalling.

1st Recruiter's interview 30min with knoledge awareness checking questions This interview was not a screening step. It's kind of 1st round of technical interview. Recruiter asked lots of questions on various CS background. 2nd Co-worker's technical interview Interviewer asked lot's of question based on the my background but not asked variously and question didn't match with Job Description. Their job description is looking for the person who have experience with AI/ML data processing and analytics such as like Keras, AI platforms. Interviewer strongly focused specific subject and asked me about Kafka for 10 mins. He seems that he wanted to reveal my weakness and asked only that.
