Well I just applied and wasnt ready to give the interview for the post but was shortlisted and went there regardless they were very polite and they knew that I didn't know much they guided me what to do so that i can be actually eligilbe for the job

I was contacted by Google's internal recruiter. The phone interview was in about 2 weeks. Questions were easy but required very clean and precise implementation. I've got through 3 questions actually but it wasn't enough.
