Applied through campus recruit. Received an email after a month later regarding the phone interview with a fund manager. During the interview, he asked me to describe my past experience, and later with some logic questions. He also asked me how I would manage a global fund. He was very nice even when my phone started to mess up. He called me back for several times when the technical difficulties persisted. I didn't get to the next round due to my inexperienced response to the fund management question.
