After applying to Goldman Sachs for a Software Engineering role, I was invited to a CoderPad coding assessment — a timed, live coding environment with two algorithmic problems back to back.
The round itself was straightforward in structure. No system design, no behavioral questions — just pure problem solving under a clock.
