first phone interview with non-technical manager;
then on-site interview with technical manager. This was a typical Java developer position interview question.
FIrst there was 20 multiple choice question on Object Oriented programing test. This was followed by a verbal one-on-one interview.
job was software development in java (back office)
after my interview i met directory level person, which was again non-technical.

They take 2 rounds for FTC, in which 1st round would be coderpad and java basic questions. 2nd round Java and its Frameworks along with the internals of java functions and Design level questions.

Phone interview was better . Pretty basic expectations.
Online interview - need to solve problem in hackathon . Easy to medium hard leet code problems . Need to write test cases and execute them as well
