The superday consisted of pure behaviorals (no technicals!), some of which actually appeared in the Hirevue.
Each three interviewers focused on something different:
MD focused on the typical "TMAY, what's something that interests you about TMT" - definitely felt more conversational.
The VP focused on situational scenarios such as "What would you do if you saw a classmate cheat?" or "What did you do to prepare for this interview?"
The other VP focused on TMAY, what's a deal/company you've been following, how would you value that company, etc.
The interviewers were very warm and receptive and definitely left a strong impression!

One first round and invitation to the superday (3 back to back 20 minute interviews). The superday went extremely fast and it was hard to make an impression because of the lack of time.

Behaviorals + Technials, 3 people back to back with 30 minutes each. Stand IBD process. First started with behaviroals. The behavioral questions are pretty out-of-the-box compared to other firms. The technicals questions are not as hard.

3 interviews, 30 minutes each. Not structured, more like a general conversation that covers competency based questions, some technicals and commercial awareness. The level of technicals depends on the interviews.
