The process was very organized and multilayered. All interviews were scheduled through the Human Capital Management department. After receiving an early draft of the job posting, I identified as many people with contacts as possible which enabled my resume to rise to the top. The interviewers were all friendly, and interested in how my experience would satisfy their needs. As soon as they determine it would not be a good match, they ended the interview process.

saw a lot of junior associates, but the senior mgr was by far the most important and her judgement was quick. I felt the interviews went well, but I put too much emphasis on selling myself rather than selling my previous experience. They kept me waiting for feedback for a long time... but ultimately the response was sorry, we decided to go with someone else.
