Very focused on skills, intelligence, ability to think quickly. "Test to fail" type of interviews. They made sure to question everything on my resume. Few "fit" questions, but it pays to practice this type beforehand anyway, to ensure you aren't caught off guard. No weird behavioral type tricks the way I've heard some firms utilize.

it was great and quite competitive and consisted of multiple stages including an initial recruiter phone screening, a rigorous technical coding assessment testing data structures, followed by several consecutive deep-dive behavioral interviews with senior leadership.
