I applied online and received the video interview one month after the application. The video interview is competency based which consists of 6 questions and each has 2 min response time.
After applying online, they may contact you for an online interview. You have 30 minutes to answer the questions that show up in the screen. They will give you 30 seconds to think about what you are going to say, and 2 minutes to answer.
