3 interviews back-to-back, largely skill-based questions. Interviews were either with one or two GS employees. They ask you a lot about yourself and your qualifications, and the interview is fairly well-rounded, so don't worry if you miss anything out in one of your interviews because they're designed in a way to let them have a good understanding of who you are and your motivations, so other opportunities will arise.

The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.

The whole process was very smooth. It was my first interview experience as a college student and the interviewers were very friendly. There were two rounds of interviews for our campus recruitment program.
