Usual CV and Cover Letter. I was then invited to an interview which was 2 weeks after receiving the email. I was invited to the office in London and the interview lasted for about 20-30 minutes.

Entretien
The process started with an online application, where I had to fill out my resume, a cover letter and some further personal details. I was then invited to come to London for a competency-based interview, after two weeks I got an update that I was not taken for the job, but invited to apply again for their summer internship.
