Applied online. I was given the link to do an online call center assessment a few days later. After that, I was asked to do a phone screen. During the phone screen, we set up an in-person interview. The interview was light and included a tour, a skills assessment, and a question & answer portion. It took a little more than an hour.

Two interviews (phone and video ). They ask a series of questions and scenarios. 30 minutes or less. Very quick and received offer letter in less than 24 hours (in my case). Can take up to 5-7 days.
