Had a screening call with the hiring manage then another call with the talent partner before starting the official interview process. The interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews with 2 interviewers for each round. The talent partner cut my call short because he had to run an errand instead of rescheduling my appointment to another time. The interview process itself is rigid with interviewers reading off script and repeating same questions even when the subject of question was addressed in an earlier conversation. Overall, people did not seem to be friendly or interested in what you have to say rather than making you as P/F for the questions they have. It was one of the weirdest interview processes I have ever had.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
general questions - each interviewer was groining off a list
Multiple rounds of various types of interviews. There were a lot of indications that they were going through the motions ("acting" out an interview as they've experienced them) rather than deliberating going through a rubric to methodically interview candidates.
Developers were extremely inexperienced.
Included a cross-team interview with more experienced developers, but they also seemed to be going through the motions.
Required presentation of architecture but didn't really engage or ask questions.

Question 1
The most generic, prototypical questions. Nothing tailored for the position or my background.

Went through the normal process, HR discussion, hiring manager, then a set of peers and direct report interviews. Went fantastic. Super easy interview process, cause I know my stuff and know what they need.
Worst part was they just ghosted me and never responded, even though they promised to get back to me. Awful feeling extremely unprofessional and not a place I would work. Sign of lack of concern for contributors, makes you think about how they will treat their customers and potentially their future. There are better opportunities out there. Keep looking.
