The interview process was very detailed. Interviewers asked a lot about project process and design thinking. I went through 3 rounds each with 2 different staff members. They wanted me to explain my rational with sketching and what drove the different iterations I came up with.

Haven't had the 2nd round yet but I was spoken to by a recruiter and it was very casual, conversational, only 30 minutes. Was asked about my portfolio, goals, and technical skills and was able to learn more about the internship experience as well.
