      La promesse d’une vraie croissance et de nombreuses portes ouvertes pour s’épanouir pleinement.

      Inconvénients

      La déception face à un environnement de type “chacun pour soi”, où la performance réelle est moins reconnue que les jeux politiques permanents. Produire un travail de qualité semble presque contre-productif ; en revanche, donner l’illusion d’activité paraît davantage récompensé.

      The collegues are really nice, not a competitive vibe between employees

      Inconvénients

      Managers do really bad job in handling client pressure, is up to the designers to handle those and tackle crazy deadlines High of turnover of employees, so projects are left for other people to handle Timeframe for projects is really short (sometime weeks, a month, two months) and leaves no space for creativity Pay is really low for the amount of work - overhours are not paid nor can be recovered afterwards (so you do overhours for nothing) Lots of pressure so you find yourself working intensely everyday without rest

We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the firm’s leadership; however, you've mistated a fact. The turnover in your office is quite low. In an office of 60 people, only 4 have voluntarily left in the last year. That's is significantly lower than the industry average.
