Was contacted by a recruiter and had a zoom screen call. It took a long time to hear back both between applying and hearing from a recruiter and also after the screen and before I heard my results. I did not get the job but the recruiter was fine. Just seems like the process could be a little more efficient.

Interview process from initial application to offer letter was around 3 months. I went through a few rounds of interviews, everyone was very kind and seemed genuinely interested in me and my experience.

The interview process was very laid back and the principals seem really knowledgeable. The Marketing leadership asked all the typical questions and but, really wanted to know more about me and what I was looking for and if Gensler would be a good fit.
