the interview was very casual. Only one graphic designer held the interview. We discussed company culture, the interviewer's journey into Gensler and what the company was looking for in a candidate. I was also asked to walk through portfolio and to explain various elements of my designs and the intention behind them.

I applied for the position online and was called back less than a week later to ask me to come to an interview. I was told three people would interview me. The day of the interview the person from HR arrived to the interview 30min. I was told I would be contacted within the next two weeks. I never got a reply despite trying to contact the HR person various times.

I applied this position online, and get the first-round interview notice about 2 weeks later, and 1 week after the first interview, I got the second-round interview, very fast pace. but long waiting to known the result.
