Applied 5 to 7 times across 4 years. The HR keep rejecting my application for god knows why!
I believe I had a well structured strong CV with high-end projects with over 9 years experience. I even went the extra mile and tried to call the HR multiple times to inquire about what's wrong.... but always not available or away (obviously just poor HR who didn't want to engage with anyone. Yet to say, they have time to post ridiculous ads on Linkedin about engaging the community)

Professional, respectful, friendly, and they are genuinely interested to understand your skills and your goals in your career. Took two rounds of interview. HR was also professional and swift in replies
