First I got a call from HR, first round. After two to three days i got a call from Functional Mnameger of the team for which i was getting hired, he has explained the profile in datails as well he asked my my profile details it went for 30 minutes. Again afetr a week i got a call from HR and asked coming down to mumbai head office for 1:1 interview and provided all the expenses (flight tickets etc). Once i came down here as per schedule the interview was started, there was a panel of two people (Functional Maneger India, and USA as i was recruting for USA market) it went for 45 mins. They made me very comfort and asked @ my work experience and about my family etc. once that got over they expalined my hirarchy and how it works also my job role in details using board. After that had HR round but there i was not comfortable as they are not provided more room for negosiation on salary part it got over in 5 minutes. Then i got final offer letter in next 10 to 12 days, but not got my expected salary, but the profile offered and company reputation made me to join here.
