Wait in room with 2 other guys who stare at the wall and don’t interact. Then they call you in for 3 different interviews and won’t hire you if you dare inquire how long you would have to stay on 3rd shift before you transfer to 1st. They said 5-7 years by the way.

Applied online and took tests from home. Took 3 months before I was contacted. Better transparency around when the next group could expect to be contacted for an interview would be helpful. Interview was set up when I got contacted.
