Passei por 3 entrevistadores, 2 de Rh que fizeram perguntas referente a cota, exprierência, como resolvi um problema x, como excedi uma meta e etc.
Precisa se preparar bem para as entrevistas.
As entrevistas foram em um intervalo de 2-3 dias
A última entrevista foi com a diretora o qual o candidato seria subordinado. Excelente entrevista! Entretanto, ela sentiu que eu não estava adequado para a vaga o que eu entendi.
Curioso que o candidato que foi contratado era diretor em outra empresa. Ou seja, apesar de ser uma vaga de AE, eles procuravam alguém com experiência superior ao cargo.
Salário muito bom para o cargo.

The first few rounds were very informative and mainly covered my background to ensure I was a suitable fit for the role but I eventually decided to pull out of the process and commit to other options.
