My experience with Gartner's first interview was positive and insightful. The process began with a 30-minute phone call from a recruiter, setting a professional tone. Behavioral and fit questions, such as "What motivates you?" and "Tell me about a challenge you overcame," allowed me to showcase my experiences and skills. The recruiter provided a comprehensive overview of Gartner and the role, giving me the opportunity to ask questions and express my interest.
The focus was on assessing my fit for the role and company culture, emphasizing honesty and transparency. I appreciated the structured approach and clear communication. To make the most of this opportunity, prepare thoughtful questions and be ready to share meaningful experiences. Overall, the process was well-organized and engaging, providing a good introduction to Gartner's values and expectations.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What motivates you?" or "Tell me about a challenge you overcame"
They had contacted me from their side but then had a long interview process. Materials to study beforehand. Different points of contact during the process. Many generic questions, expected very narrow answers.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Very well organised, seamless process, lots of support but tough tasks including role play. Once I had passed interview 1 my interviewer then gave me lots of helpful tips about the following two stages. Key to success is having good product knowledge.
