Had five rounds of interviews, invested a lot of time and effort, only to be completely ghosted in the end. Reached out multiple times for feedback—got no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Quite a long process - well organised and mapped out with several behavioural questions taking majority of the time. Overall I found the process very different to previous companies with Gartner very keen to show you are following their prompts in the prep material.
